Everyone on this trip will need to carry a substantial amount of gear.  Your guide is not your sherpa.  We pack as light as we can but remember each person will have a full kayak.  We will distribute the gear among each person on the trip.  Due to some class II rapids and large drops we will be in inflatable kayaks (like a white water raft but smaller).  Remember this is riverside camping, we set up camp when we feel we have reached a good time to stop for the day.

Wednesday:  Same as the day before we will break down camp and continue our journey down the river. We should reach the CT river today.  Once we have reached our next camping spot we will set up camp and prepare for a trail dinner.

Thursday:  The last full day of paddling,  we will try to make it to a camp site so that in the morning we only have a few miles to our final take out.
